Redhouse Surveyors provide energy performance certificates for a wide range of commercial and domestic properties.
Operating from our base in the North East of England, our knowledgeable building surveyors are Elmhurst Energy accredited to produce commercial and residential Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Our services also include tailored MEES efficiency modelling for the rental market and additional estate agency services, such as high quality sales floor plans.
Under our commercial division, epccom, we have led the way in the EPC sector since 2008, with the knowledge and experience that our clients are happy to place their trust in. We are proud to have an impressive client list, in both the public and private sector, with whom we have built a solid reputation for providing an excellent service.
Our assessors are degree qualified, BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, and hold Energy Assessment diplomas from the Awarding Body for the Building Education (ABBE) and City & Guilds, at level 3 Domestic and levels 3 & 4 Non-Domestic, providing market leading expertise.
KNOWLEDGE
Our qualified building surveyors, with their understanding of buildings combined with qualifications in energy assessment – in both domestic and level 4 non-domestic, allow us to provide a service level that few other providers can match. Providing an EPC product with greater accuracy using u-value calculations.
EXPERIENCE
With over a decade in the industry, our experience is extensive, spanning property sectors including retail, hospitality, education, office, and industry to name but a few. Our previous instructions include some familiar landmarks such as the 55 Degrees North building and Sunderland AFC’s Academy of Light.
